what do you think the citizens who disagree would do?

The Constition guarantees us the right to (peaceful) demonstrations. And no one but a would be despt--or people who are trying to silence those who don't agree with them-has any desire to silence the people.

But of course, those who want to silence demonstrators these days have already made their contempt for the Constitution and the civil liberties of the people crystal clear.

The proper proper response to any such attempt is very simple: defy it.

I think if people could no longer demonstrate, that all crime would disappear within weeks.
Citizens would love not being able to state their minds in a demonstration.
In fact, hopefully the UN enacts this for the entire planet.
They there will never be crime again!

Why do you keep asking if taking away our Constitutional rights will reduce crime? Do you think it will? Do you think it will happen? Your questions are bewildering.
