u have to measure your temperature every morning, then you have to draw the graph from the temeprature u recorded, then u will know average your temeparture is at which point. then after u measure for few months, u will know what temperature is the highest within a month, thats the best time for u to conceive a baby.
try this web site
http://www.accuratepregnancytests.com/free_pregnancy_test_tools.html#pregnancy_calendar
and besides, u can buy one ovulotion or fertility predictor kit for yourself if u feel very lazy to measure using thermometer.
I bought Clearblue fertility monitor at ebay. That is the best for us to conceive a baby and we got a baby boy , his age 2 already

If you take your temp everyday at the same time each day you will see a drop and then rise in your temperature. It will take a few cycles of keeping track to be able to tell when ovulation occurs.
www.fertilityfriend.com is a good site that can help you keep track of all of this as well as help you keep track of other good signs such as your cervical mucus, position, opening, ovualtion prediction kits, etc. This site also has a great e-book that you can download that can help you learn how to tell you are having these signs.
I hope you the best in your trying to conceive!!! =)

Hi -
I have been tracking my temps too and the easiest thing to do is use a program. There is a website http://www.fertilityfriend.com that does it for you. I have been using this website and love it. It is easy to use and has lots of options. It is also not so expensive. There is a really great book too that can help. It is called Taking charge of your fertility. I got it at half.com for $14 and saw it at Barnes & Nobles for $24.

If your doing the basil method I would hope someone would have counseled you on how to do so. Are you just doing this on your own?
Do some resaerch on the graphs- the temp leap is very slight and you have to track it on grid paper to even see the history over month to month.

Get the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It is a great book, has tons of information, how to chart, sample charts, how to not get pregnant, how to get prenant. And a ton other ways to tell when you are ovulating!

You need to take a Natural Family Planning class. They are available at most catholic churches.
Another good resource is Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler.

You develop patterns.
I would suggest charting on a free site called mymonthlycycles.com or even as the mentioned fertilityfriend.com they are very helpful.

GOOD LUCK
