If the government takes away the right to religion citizens would probably still believe in theirs, so secretly practice their religion, so instead of reducing the crime, the crime would be increased, because a lot of people would be breaking the law. *see the ban of alcholol

No, crime will be worse if religion is taken away. Citizens will probably move and create there own religion.

Highly doubt that..That is what makes America great..Freedom to choose..It was stated in the constitution..No one can take that away.
What does crime have to do with religion?
Yes people in certain religions all believe theirs is the only way, but I do not think it causes crime here.

NO...then the right to bear arms will have new meaning...and it will be 1776 all over gain.....bad idea.
Take away a man's life, liberty, or prosperity....wether he believes its religious based or not....and you are going to see a very very mad man.
This is how the michigan militias got started...not to mention it is also a key principle for a true socialist nation.....I don't want to report "crap" to my local politburo!
