ok so i just checked that my GPA unweighted is 2.77 and I need it to be 3.0. I got all A's in all 4 of my classes today and I have one semester to go. what do you think will I make it?

That depends on how many other classes you've taken, but if you got all A's today, I think you've got a good chance of hitting 3.0 Just keep next semester's classes all at least at a 3.00, and you should have no trouble. Good luck!

Do the math.

If you have a lot of hours, then you won't make it.

If you have only a few, then you will.

There is no way to tell without doing the math.

GPA = Quality Points / Hours Attempted

Quality Points = Number of Hours * (4 or 3 or 2 or 1 or 0)

Working backwards.

Assume 130 hours need to graduate. Also assume 130 hours attempted (no F's)

3.0 means you have to have 390 quality points.

Well, last semester my GPA was 2.3 and I made all A's (I only took 3 classes) and it brought my GPA up to a 2.7, so I would say that if you keep your grades up (A's and B's), you should be ok. Good Luck!!
