good question. their focus isn't even music. so why call it Music TeleVision? (MTV) it show be Show TeleVision (STV).

Because they can. The kids like the shows. They have Mtv 2
for videos. But it costs extra.

They do still play music videos but you have to get up at the butt crack of dawn to see them. : ) It's called the big ten. But that's a really good question.
