Yes I would. Women have fixed my car in the past. Women are more apt to look after the little things that a man would not. They take more care to do a better job.

yes. I am a woman and I know my way around cars, not an expert, but I can do routine maitenance to my 67 Mustang.
And I am extremely confident that women have the mental capacity to obtain mad skillz in that auto repairs, thank you very much.

Definitely, Being a woman in a male dominated industry she would feel that she has more to prove which translates to better quality work to my benefit.

no i don't trust ANY mechanic to fix my car--they lie and fix things that aren't broken and break things that arn't broken.
