Well the easiest way to find out where it is breaking is to use the tools (command line) built in to your computer.
If you are running windows (Just a guess)
Temporarily disable your firewall then
click on start. -run and type cmd in the box. Hit enter.
On the black screen that opens type the following.

ping wittyhost.com

There should be four lines of data that return. If all of them do return and show 100% with numbers in the lines then you are connecting. You may not be able to see it in your browser but that is another issue if this ping works.
If they all show dropped then your network is not allowing the connection.
If you get a message that says can not find wiffyhost.com -- you have a LOCAL dns issue or your service provider has a dns issue one or the other.
In the black box area type
ipconfig -flushdns
then try the ping again. If you still get can not find host
Contact your ISP for help.

If all that works and you still can not get to your website either you have blocked that website in your blocking list or you simply need to clear "temporary internet files".

Once you have finished testing.. turn your firewall back on!
