You should go and see all the famous sites- Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, London Eye, Madame Tussauds, the famous parks (Regents Park, Hyde Park), London Dungeons, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, London Zoo... The list is endless!!
You can get a map with all the bus routes and famous sites in one brochure. I recommend you get it. Also when travelling use an oyster card- it's cheaper- the card is topped up and turns out to be cheaper in the end- bus journeys cost £2 each (when paid by cash) but on Oyster it costs £1 and gets capped at £3- on the buses (no more money is deducted)... Also remember to touch in and out when going on the tube...
Also you might want to go on one of those tourist buses- you can hop on and off and they tell you a load of info about the sites- its quite fun... :)
Sorry for going on and on but I thought you should know about Oyster and stuff- because most people don't know and end up paying so much on the transport... On the other hand you might want to get a one week travelcard or bus pass... You should check the TfL (Transport for London) website for more info...
Hope this helps and I hope you have a great time in London! :D

Hi there,
Seeing as you have so much time try and get out of London and see other parts of the UK. I can highly recommend Bath - very historic. There's also Shakespeares' Stratford, Warwick Castle, Windsor, The Cotswolds and so many other beautiful places. You could also visit Edinburgh in Scotland or make your way over to Ireland.
Whilst in London you have to do the London Eye, The British Museum and a night out in Soho/West End for theatre, dinner, drinks whatever takes your fancy.
If music's your thing have a look at the Summer festivals like V Festival, Reading, Glastonbury, O2 wireless... try and get tickets in advance as they always sell out.
Whatever you do I'm sure you will have fun!

I hope you enjoy your stay in London! But a word to the wise.
It has become very cosmopolitan, lots of foreign layabouts looking for easy pickings. Do not carry all of your money or your passport with you. beware when shopping. Pickpockets!
Don't give money to down and outs, they are probably better
off than you are! That said, make the best of it!

You should definitely eat fish and chips. But make sure you ask them if they fry the fish and chips in the same grease. Some do. Some don't. If they do, the chips are pretty disgusting.
Otherwise, do what you do anywhere! It is London! It is not a deserted island!
