Code for drop down-buttom?

I need a code for an HTML page I am making. what i need is a drop down menu that has 2 or 3 options where as soon as the person chooses one of the options a buttom is enabled for them to click and redirect them to a page.

Please let me know if this is possible and if so what the code would be. Thanks
