the mind is conscious, and the soul is not, therefore, your mind controls and can destroy, while the soul can not (by the way im an atheist, i dont believe in the soul)

The mind. I am a psychology major and we learn that the mind is in control of everything..It can make you feel good or bad....it is extremely powerful.
