Well, Crocus. This is one topic that you are going to have to approach very carefully. The direct approach of, "Honey, what say you have you're ol' buddy Frank over and we double team you?" is not a good idea.
Test the waters during "fantasy time" in the sack. I shouldn't have to tell you what to say and when. Just kinda feel your way around the subject and see how she reacts. This will at least let you guage her reaction without stepping on your meat. If the reaction is positive, next time be a bit more specific and so on. If her reaction is negative, drop it.

Do it with humor. It needs to at least look like the comment was unplanned. If she says "how could you even think of..." reply with something like, "Well, I guess I can get my money back on the video equipment, but the leather shop owner said he would not take returns."
You have to be able to immediately back out of it by saying you were only joking.
