Has anyone ever used a 'chatter box' does it really work?

Its a black box. For 10 dollars a month you are supposed to get unlimited long distance. Its sold at places like Target and Wal- Mart

No, but for about $30 bucks a month (w/ taxes) Vonage Unlimited is not a bad deal... assuming you have highspeed net access.
