Sure, man! Had that cocky fool's son named Shane McMahon not bought WCW from Ted Turner six years ago, it would've became a thorn in the WWE's side! Man, oh, man do I still miss WCW!!!!

No because WWE owns WCW and ECW.
If it was a seperate promotion yes.....then again the final days of WCW were pretty bad. Watching The One Shawn Staziak. Or something like that. Mr. Perfect old gimmick. The New Blood thing, which for some reason they are now doing in the fake ECW.
If was old WCW from the time of the War Games with the Road Warriors and Midnight Express.....or even the original NWO era ...then it would have been cool.
WWF....in a major way is not in touch with the fans. Like they never respected ECW when they had the majority of the people from ECW, but not that they are gone they made this stupid show.
TNA is growing. They used to have a team called The Johnson. Two guys literally dressed in dick costumes. Now they have a bunch of gimmick matches.
I just want pure wrestling, and then you can throw in your hardcore TLC matches to add frosting on top.

WWE is going downhill because they bought out WCW and don't have great competition to keep them pushing the envelope. TNA isn't quite there yet competiton wise but are getting closer and WSX is very new and needs time to develop before they are any type of competition.
Bringing WCW back now would be as lame as bringing back ECW... its still owned by McMahon and the stories are getting very stale.
As for WCW selling because they couldn't compete? That just ins't true. They were sold because AOL-Time Warner acquired them in the merger from Ted Turner ( Along with the Atlanta Braves ) and AOL just decided they didn't want to be in the wrestling business ( or Baseball business ). So they sold it off. It had nothing to do with competition or market share. Keep in mind that a short time prior to that, Monday Nitro was kicking WWE RAW's ***.

Probably not. At the end of WCW they were just trying to copy everything WWE was doing. True competition comes from fresh new creative ideas. TNA has had some, not a lot but some and Jim Cornett and Vince Russo seem to be balancing each other out.
WWE over the past few weeks has improved their product. It's definitely not as good as it could be but it's easy to see that he has stepped it up a notch.

WWE is on a down slide bit I would not call it going down hill fast. Either way even if WCW did come back it would not be competition because Vince would own it.

The WWE is losing it. Vince needs competition to motivate and inspire him. Things are too complacent in the WWE and TNA is no alternative becasue it sucks and has garbage production values. They brought back ECW and ruined it.

There is no legit reason why WCW ended other then one guy (Jamie Kellner) deciding that "his" network was not going to have wrestling on it.
