best way is the old fasion way of getting down on your hands and knees with detergent, brush and a cloth. You dont want to let to much water get on the floor either.

We are talking wall tiles here..Brush is good but use some ZuD (it is like comet only better) and scrub the tiles with a brush and wash with lots of water. If the grout is dirty try some bleach but not too much to knock yourself out. Never mix cleaners.

Try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser...I swear these things will take anything off any surface with minimal effort! I just used one to clean grout & tiles that had been neglected for years in the house we just bought--they look as good as they possibly can now!
