I wouldn't, it can get into the wood, make it swell and buckle the floor.

Absolutely not!!! Moisture causes wood to swell, when it dries it shrinks and cracks--not good news. Use products specifically designed for cleaning wood floors--there are many on the market.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, you'd ruin the floor, the steam would split the wood and may cause it to mold.
