do you prefer a high level of entertainment in a restaurant when eating or you dont prefer a high level of entertainment and why

Dining out for me is an intimate experience so I prefer an evening out for dinner not to be cluttered with noise and interruptions. If I'm having a casual meal with a group of friends then lively is just fine with me and a high level of entertainment fits the bill.

i prefer to be wined and dined in a quiet restrurant over looking the ocean. I like the entertaiment afterwards.
I like quiet eatting places for quiet, intimate conversation.

Unless it's a birthday party, or specail occassion with a lot of friends. but NO, not for intimate dinners.

Either a place that has enough background chatter that you cough or laugh out loud and nobody glares at you

or

A comedy restaurant. I love stand up!
