I have looked all over but I can't find it,black jacket with the white design things on it in her video irreplaceable.If have a picture like that please show me it!!I'm trying to show my friend what it looked like cause it was really cool so I just want a picture of it to show her.

The Fleur De Lis jacket is from her House of Dereon/Dereron clothing line. But that particular jacket she wore in her "Irreplaceable" video is either sold out or out of stock. She only made a limited edition of them. But she does have a hoodie very similar to that jacket or check Ebay.
