I used to love being able to wake up and remember the dreams I had while I was asleep. But now I can't remember my dreams at all!

I can remember that I had them...a weird feeling, hard to explain, but I just know I had one, but I can't remember any of it!

Is there any way to help myself remember dreams? Thank you.

I know that feeling of knowing you had an interesting dream, maybe little things during the day remind you of it, but you can't quite remember how it went!
If you are able to wake up naturally, instead of being awoken by an alarm clock, and then don't think about anything to do with your waking life at first, just let your dreams come back into your mind - that's what helps me remember them best.

Start setting an alarm for about an hour after or an hour before when you usually wake up. write down a few key words then go back to sleep - that might be all you need.

one thing that I found that helped was keeping a journal - keep it for a while, even if the only thing you put in it for a while is "I didnt remember anything"
Your mind will pick up on the idea that you want to keep that information, and it will start to be more mindful of it, if that makes any sense.

Take vitamin B6, take about 250 units or mg - and in two days you'll be remembering ALL your dreams.

Found in these foods, potatoes, bananas, beans, seeds, nuts, red meat, poultry, brewer's yeast, eggs, chicken, carrots, fish, liver, kidneys, peas, wheat germ, walnuts, fish, eggs, spinach, and fortified cereals. dang, all the foods I hate...except cereals and chicken, and man, don’t eat the wheat germ.
