I have downloaded a game called CROC 2 and it has two file one is eboot.pbp and other is key.bin Please tell?

how to install the game my OS is Win Me and 128mb Ram and PIII. My Kids are impatient Please give me a step by step inst.

i believe there is a psp emulator for the pc i'm not sure where to find it but i'm sure it will come up in a google search the emulator should come with instructions on how to load the game and use the program

You can't that file is for PSP.
