This very sweet old man used to come into the grocery store I worked at in high school and give all the cashiers little hard candies.
The first few times, I would smile and thank him, and then throw it away once he was gone.
But since most of the cashiers ate theirs and didn't die, I started eating them too.
He was an awesome guy.

When I was real smile I accepted some chocolate from a next-door neighbour. It had a positive outcome: I learned never to accept brown stuff offered to me on an old popsicle stick given to me by a laughing boy.

yes. It was good. you're never too old to go trick-or-treating. If youre going to take candy from strangers you may want to take from the rich people, because they are doctors and if they poison you're food at least they know what kind of poison will kill you right away, that way you wont feel anything. lol. j/k

Yep every Halloween, until around Jr. High. Positive outcome was i got candy, and i got to trash their house.
