I have a lump between my labia. It's slightly blocking my vagina and urethra. It's not painful and it doesn't bother me. It's kind of the size of a bean. It doesnt look infected either. The lump is located towards the lower part of my vaginal. I am not sexually active so it cant be an STD. Do you think it would go away on it's own? If not, how can it be removed?

You probably have what's called a bartholin's cyst. Could be from some bacterial infection, or just spontaneous. If it doesn't bother you, you're fine. Just start putting a hot compress on it or soaking in the bath tub and it may come to a head and drain on it's own. I have had one of these for about 4 yrs now. It initially emerged as what's called an abcess. The cyst became infected, very enlarged, and very painful. It eventually drained and i haven't had problems since even though the enlargement is still present. Just run it by your GYN if it gets inflamed. They really won't do anything to it (i.e. drain it or give antibiotics) unless it becomes infected.

My wager ought to both be a bartholin gland cyst or an gruesome ingrown hair. attempt to placed some warmth moist washcloths on it and note in case you receives the swelling to prevent down or the soreness to subside. if it is going on longer than some days with out any convenience/enormous enormous difference i'd seem into seeing honestly everybody about it. strong success!

Could be a cyst, but I would recommend seeing your dr to have this evaluated.
