It's not something that will happen overnight...you have to 'condition' it to respond. It has to 'grow' comfortable with you before it can react in 'style'. Don't split ends over this. Before you know it, your hair will be practically singing its praises. Hmmm. Maybe you can start your own Head Band. ;)

Perhaps you need to attach a twin turbo to your hair.

It should be more responsive and go much faster then.
