I remember after the movie came out almost everyone was trying to sue the movie....does anyone know the outcome of these cases?

Most of them have been dropped and the ones that were not have not even come close to reaching the trial phase yet. Borat(Sasha Cohen) has been doing this for a long time and had everyone he spoofed sign releases that are pretty much Iron clad. If you watched the D Ali G shows on HBO or rented them he did the same things. (If you have not seen them rent them they are hysterical) Cohen knows the ins and outs legally and is protected. The people who are hanging on are just doing so to save face because they were made to look like such idiots, they have no chance of winning, but you know Lawyers they will be glad to take their money and keep the lawsuit's going. I hope this helped. The fact is that these people dud and said the things they said so how do you sue over that if you really think about it.

the film was just in theaters, that litigation wont be settled for awhile, whether in or out of court, but not for awhile.

nope. but they really did push a lot of bottons with their actions.
