Stop being lazy, he is the coach, if you don't like it quit, but remember you may regret it later on in life, so take it like a man, and if you complain to him about it you might have to run even more!!!!

TELL HIM BY MAKING YOU RUN IN TRAINING HE IS WEARING YOU OUT BEFORE THE EVENT OR WHATEVER YOU ARE TRAINING FOR. ALSO RUNNING TO MILES STRAIGHT IS "BS" FOR A WARMUP. AND THEN RUNNING SPRINTS IS A 100% BS KIND OF THING!!! PLUS WHAT ARE YOU TRAINING FOR

What are you training for? If it's the olympics, put up with it- otherwise... what do your team mates think of it? If you all dissagree, then you should all talk to him. If it's just you- think of it like boot camp. It's tough now, but it's training you to be tough in the future.
