EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF----
how many children they want, what their career goals are, living expectations, jealousy, money- joint account? who takes care of the bills? what kind of animals to have. where to live? what happens if someone's job transfers? religious preferences, religious preferences for their children, getting "comfortable" with themselves and their bodies, lazyness, household chores, friend time, alone time, weekends, annoying habits that haven't been announced yet. EVERYTHING

Well there's a whole lot to talk about....
Religion, kids, future goals, where you want to be in ten years, MONEY...many problems come from that subject. Make sure you both agree on how you spend your money...budget, or no budget. This just scratches the surface...

Finances, kids, sex and possibly politics. I've seen couples who were polar opposites on politics make it work - I think it comes down to how you veiw money, view raising kids or having them and the sex thing. Good luck.

if they both have their own money and or homes etc-then they should discuss pre nup of course. other than that they should probably know if one or the other does or doesn't want kids.
