so...this has always happened... but it happened again. So... as i was going through my normal routine... something happens. very simple. a person laughs and says something... and it feels SOO familiar. like i've dreamed about it... or its happened before. I think i've dreamed about it. but i don't remember it until it happens. Like a week ago, i was with my cousin. He said, "hey" and laughed. as he did this... it felt so familiar... its hard to explain...

so... what is this? is it common? am i a tiny, tiny bit psychic or something?

Everyone is psychic to a degree whether they are aware of it or believe in it or not. Any psychic will tell you that because they know it to be true. Your experiences are often labeled "deja-vu" where you recall a similar event or an exact event but can't put the pieces together.

But that isn't the case with you. And you're not time warping or split dimensioning which are very unsettling from my experience. You are dreaming future events and remembering the emotional tags from them when they come up in your life.

You will find that if you learn to remember your dreams the so-called "deja-vu" will increase. Keep a pen and paper or recorder by your bed and record your dreams as soon as you wake up from them. You can forget an entire dream in less than a minute. And before you go to sleep say, "I will dream and remember my dreams."

that would be déjà vu

some people seem to get it alot and others dont get it at all or very little

but it is a very wierd feeling

Déjà vu is French for "already seen." Déjà vu is an uncanny feeling or illusion of having already seen or experienced something that is being experienced for the first time. If we assume that the experience is actually of a remembered event, then déjà vu probably occurs because an original experience was neither fully attended to nor elaborately encoded in memory. If so, then it would seem most likely that the present situation triggers the recollection of a fragment from one's past. The experience may seem uncanny if the memory is so fragmented that no strong connections can be made between the fragment and other memories.

So you get deja vu a lot, eh?
um... i guess that's pretty normal, most people get it once in a while, but then again there are so many different explanations...

There's the matrix version...maybe you are surrounded by the matrix.

or maybe you secretly travelled to the future once...

or maybe you really are psychic!

um...i cant really explain what goes on with your brain when it happens, but this is a pretty easy to read/understand site

It's called de ja vu. you could be remembering a past life. or you are living this life over and getting another chance and you remember things like it was before. I used to do that. I dreamt about things that would happen later. but then it all went away. don't know why it did, but maybe I just lived past the date I died this time. who lknows?

This is called Deja vu. Most people have experienced this at some point in their lives, and can be quite unnerving. Not at all rare. Most people have some psychic ability whether they acknowledge it or not.

What you do is Astral travel to the future then when it happens you feel like it is Déjà vu

No, very many people experience this - as if it has happened before, as if we have gone through this earlier. It is difficult to explain this phenomenon, perhaps we have an over-active imagination?

Deja vu, it happens to me (and a lot of people) often. Not every day or anything, but often enough.

its deja-vu we all get it. and of course its common, it even has its own name.

deja-vu sometimes isnt something that already happened, its just a simple lapse in the mind in which you think it has already happened.
