We've been together for almost a year now and yesterday she said I don't love her enough just because I didn't kiss or hug her. I love her and I always say and mean it everyday since we've been together. She's beautiful, smart and tall, but does that mean I don't have a choice whether I want to get intimate or not? Well, sometimes I don't feel like getting intimate, but that doesn't mean I don't love her. I denied her claim and she did not believe me. Is she trying to manipulate me by hating me just because I am not getting intimate with her? I don't want to argue with her because I love her. How can I make her understand me better?

I am 24 and she's a year younger. Sometimes it's because I'm tired after calling it a day and wish to get some rest earlier or else maybe it's just me having low sex drive.

How old are you guys? You may try to explaine top her your reasons specifically of why you choose to be celibate. She may feel like you are rejecting her when in reality you aren't. Hope this helps.

Hold her. Kiss her forehead. If she tries to fight and say you don't love her as much as you really do, just shush her and kiss her forehead again.
Take her out on an extravagant date. It doesn't have to be extremely expensive. Just make sure her favorite things are involved.
If all else fails, you might just have to have an extensive talk with her, which isn't all that pleasant, but if nothing else works, you must try.
Make sure, no matter what, to ask her why she believes you don't love her.

I hope things are cleared up for you.

Good luck.

yo. what are you doing?!?! why wouldn't you want to get intimate with your girlfriend. i understand that you love her and you could tell her this everyday, but that doesn't really show how much or even if you love her at all. Actions speak louder than words and you need to start acting to preserve your relationship. trust me i had to learn the hard way. if you can't show her love, then she will just find someone who will.
