Bleach is anti bacterial. The dryer also kills most all germs anyway.
Or try Amway or regular Dial soap.

Besides, the best and most effective disinfecting agent that is relatively safe to use at home is bleach. If you want to wash white garments, use regular bleach and hot water. If your garments are colored, you can use the bleach that is for colors.
