If it is a 120 volt no not really maybe 5-10 dollars a month, Why is it running all the time? is water being pumped all the time? if so why? The level could be stuck.

your sensor switch is bad!! it should only run when there is water to drain out,, sounds like your sensor is shorted causing it to run like BAMBI
