...and I'm taking a wild guess here, did they have to tell their kids to mate with each other? So basicaly we come from incestuous behavior by Adam and Eve's kids?
Maybe they had another single family as neighbors, Brian and Norah. That way only cousins would have to mate with eachother. What are your thoughts on this?

Well...one day in church I got so bored I decided to look in the very beginning of the Bible to see if the chicken or the egg came first. After I read about that, I started to read about the world's first murder. Anyway, the book said that when Cain was banished from the garden for killing Abel he found a wife in the East. So...Adam and family were the first people on Earth but they weren't the only ones. While they were living in the Garden of Eden other people were being created all over the world. Or so the Bible says...
Note:I don't believe it though, I'm not saying anymore about it.

ummm???? ya know whats weird i was thinking of something almost exactly the same.
my guess would be that maybe God eventually made other people bcuz then how did all the other races come into the world?
i dont think black people, for example, came from Adam and Eve so maybe all the other people God made mated or something and thats how there are so many different people in the world today.
i like the Brian and Norah thing though that's pretty funny...

We come from Adam and Eve's sin. The whole world was plunged into sin because of their disobedience to God. They obeyed the devil instead (he was using the serpent). Adam and Eve had children after they sinned which means the children were born into sin, as well as the whole world; since they are our first parents. As far as incest between their children, I have no knowledge of that. The bible says: Be fruitful and multiply. Mating is an automatic action that nature itself teaches us. No one has to be taught to mate. Cain and Seth (Adam's sons) had children by their wives.You lost me on the neighbors and the cousin thing.

my thoughts exactly....only I believe there were a few different adam and eve's on different planets and then they all got sucked through a black hole and meshed into one...therefore all the different species - african, asian, aboriginal, caucasian there are soooo many!
incest haha. sh¡t that explains the confusion -father's molesting there daughters....just an example....the other being the first guy I had a crush on was my cousin I was like 8 though soo....but he is awesomely great (as a COUSIN!!!!....creepy)
note to morman - aren't there only a certain number of seats in heaven acording to your faith? Why do you insist on converting more and more people when you don't even have a seat therefore are being automatically being sent to hell....just a random thought...no offense really - but yes mormans knocking on my door at lunch time sunday is annoying!

Adam and Eve is a simple story for simple times to explain creation, the truth is no one knows but god for he created it all and all we have is faith. We have seen his power and miracles throughout time, seen his Messiahs, read of their legacy's. The Bible is great book I suggest you pick it up and just open it at will and let it speak to you I am sure you will find many of the answers you are looking for.

Adam and eve had 33 male children and 23 female children. Adam and eve were "geneticly perfect so the children had no problem inter marrying. the don't marry your sister came along with Abrahams time.

Adam and Eve did have sons but obviously had to have some daughters that were not mentioned in the Bible. and yes, we are all products of incest. but thats what had to have happened at that time, God has a plan for everything. it wasnt a considered a sin at that time.

They were the first couple ofcourse.If you read the bible,even up to the time of moses,sisters and bro could marry each other.It is okay and is accepted during those time.If you like to marry your sister,you may but you should know that "If you are in Rome,be a Roman.
