I am gonna have to guess a spider. Dont worry though. Your not the only one who gets there toe bit by things and dont no what it is. Summer camp 2005.

A nasty spider that lays it's egg's in it's victim after
biting them,then the babies eat you from the inside
out..AArrgghhh!!..Sleep tight,don't let the Spiders
