It really depends on the type of party. If it is causal try a mini jeans skirt w/ leggings or a pedal pusher from ae. Wear a cute tight tee that flaunts your upper body. Don't overdo the makeup. Try something suddle like eyeshadow and lipgloss. Wear a cute pair of low wedges(comfy but cute).

You could wear layers by wearing a henley with three-quarter length sleeves over a tank top. And for the bottom, maybe wear slim jeans and them tuck them in suede boots or whatever...you could wear uggs if you have them. I wouldn't put on too much makeup, if any. Maybe just some lipgloss. Keep it pretty but simple. Also, you could wear a headband and short dangle earrings.

im not quite sure on your figure but a babydoll top flatters practically every figure!
