I THINK INDIA CAN WIN THIS WORLD CUP.
IF INDIAN PLAYERS PLAY CONSISTENTLY, WITHOUT LOSING HOPE AND IF THEY WORK HARD, SURE WORLD CUP IS FOR INDIANS.THEY HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF WINNING THE WORLD CUP.
I WILL SAY AN INTERESTING INFORMATION TO YOU
INDIA WON THE 1983 WORLD CUP BY CRACKING THE HATRICK WORLD CUP HOPE OF WEST INDIES.
NOW, IN 2007 WORLD CUP INDIA WILL WIN THE WORLD CUP BY CRACKING THE HATRICK WORLD CUP HOPE OF AUSTRALIANS.
IN 1983 INDIA WON THE CRICKET WORLD CUP,AT THE SAMETIME ITALY WON THE 1982 FOOTBALL WORLD CUP.
SO, NOW ITALY WON THE 2006 FOOTBALL WORLD CUP, SO INDIA WILL WIN THE 2007 WORLD CUP!!!!!!!!!

Not sure who will win but I do know that England have no chance. Why this England team cannot be seen as the worst for decades eludes me. Flintoff is the most overrated cricketer I have seen and the rest of them are not much better and have no idea how to play with pride.

If WB GOVT is Really Interested for Industrialization and Benefit of Bengal, It Can Use
1.BARREN LAND of 1000 * n Sq.Km in Jhargram, Bankura, Bishnupur, Purulia, Kharagpur area AT FREE OF COST These places has GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE, whereas NANDIGRAM IS REMOTE VILLAGE WITH WOODEN BRIDGE AND NO BLAK TOP ROAD.
2.Also Land of Closed Industries (Almost 100%) in Bengal
Instead of above, it is using THE MOST FERTILE LAND in SINGUR, the most remote village NANDIGRAM, etc even AT VERY HIGH PRICE.
Population is Increasing and Govt is Forcing to Decrease Cultivable Land. Is It Intended to Create an Artificial Food Scarcity?
More over ALMOST 100% industries in Bengal are closed and the Govt knows the fate of these new upcoming industries…….CLOSED BEFORE START?
Since these fertile lands will no longer be available for food grain production, there will be starvation. Moreover, industries will be closed before they start production AND PEOPLE WILL REGAIN UNEMPLOYMENT. CONCLUTION- WB will be permanent state of STARVING POOR COMMUNIST. –EXCELLENT LONGTERM STRATEGY OF CPM TO WIN ANY WORLD AND ALSO CUP.

When looking at how West Indies have bounced back against Pakistan, I think it has just boosted their confidence of going there and beat any team.
But in the same time I think it's still early as we haven't seen the best of the likes of england, australia, south africa and new zealand yet.
I'd like to see South Africa walk away with it.
