As soon as you get to the Tagbilaran's seaport in Bohol you will find a lot of tourist guide/drivers swarming all over you dealing some particular trip in Bohol. They have this some kind of a menu where you can choose from or a tour & travel package for those famous tourist spots in Bohol. It's for you to find out.
Good luck. (--,)

Lots of them available at the seaport upon arrival. However, be careful when negotiating. Rental is usually on a per day basis depending on your itinerary. And If you speak English then I don't think you will have any communication problem at all.
I can recommend to you the driver of the van/car we took last January. He gave us his email address. Good guy, well educated, smart & articulate, knows Bohol well inside and out and most of all, was very patient.

As soon as you get out of Tagbilaran Airport, there are many 'drivers' holding up signs such as "Panglao Island Nature Resort", "Bohol Tropics" and many more =) From there I think you can manage... Oh, I think there's this system where you can rent a van for about 100-something pesos? (I forgot sorry... =( )

Good Luck! =)
