Their are too many cars in new york and too much smog so they make it difficult to get the license.

to be honest dude i think y'all just need to learn to drive i mean hell ny is one of the easiest test there is i had a buddy that took one in pa there a witch i took my car and my cdl in crowded city streets basically with out being wise i mean its all a case of learn how to drive it in the traffic and just remember to allways be on your toes watch for them because they are not going to watch for u people down there could care less so just look for em and try to read what they are going to do i know that sounds dumb but u have to look down the road to allways see what is going on way ahead of u so that u will be ready to react in plenty of time
