I'm not for sure what it means, i've had the dream also, and i've read every book on the subject lol.. i think it means you may have been shot in a past life (if you believe in past lives, which i do)

your affraid of being hurt and your scared because you dont know the outcome of something that you want very badly. doesnt necessarily mean death. could just mean that you want to get out of a situation and death (not literally) or the end is the only way for you to get past it
