Little Caesars is pretty cheap but where i live you HAVE to carryout, they dont deliver.
CiCi's pizza restaurant is the cheapest DINE IN ONLY. $3 for the buffet.
Delivery its probably dominoes consistently. every onnce in a while another chain like papa johns or pizza hut offers a limited time special that blows them away. for example right now pizza hut offers 2 med pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks and 2 2liter sodas for $20. thas pretty good. but its just a special.
Dominoes has the lowest prices all the time by my calculations.

Personally, the only pizza from a fast food place I'll eat is Dominoes thin crust with mushrooms and black olives...otherwise you can keep fast food pizza...the heart burn will kill you! I love a good old fashioned pizza parlor with the guys throwing fresh dough up in the air and popping it into a brick oven...yum!

If you don't mind take and bake then Papa Murphys for sure. Great, fresh pizza for cheap, always have coupons also. There is one right outside my apartment complex and we have never ordered pizza from another place in 3+ years.

In the michigan area, I would say Cottage Inn, sure is costs more than Little Caesars or Hungry Howies, but if you have one of the 2 for one coupons, the Pricebuster or spicy chicken mediterannian are hard to beat.
