FA Cup- Very likely.
Champions League- Not likely.
Man Utd well have a difficult time getting past Roma, and an even more difficult time getting past Milan or Bayern.
With the way Man Utd is playing in Europe, it is not likely that they are going to get anywhere grand.
I am a Man Utd fan, I am an optimistic fan, I believe we well win the double this year, but I don't see us being successful in Europe. We haven't played that great there all year; I doubt we can simply 'turn it on' now.

Provided they both make it to the semis and the final, then it is very much possible to see them meeting in the UEFA Champions League and in the FA Cup! What games those are going to be!! I can't wait to wet my appetite!

in the fa cup:-
chelsea will get knocked out by tottenham- didnt u see how the spurs played at stamford bridge. so obviously man u and chelsea will not meet.
in the champions league:-
even IF chelsea get past valencia then they will face liverpool in the semis and will be drubbed. so neither will man u and chelsea face each other there.
