Honey, we Irish are the most inviting people on earth. Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick's Day.
Plus, St. Patrick's Day is just as American as it is Irish, and you're American so celebrate!

...I must have subconsciously known though cause I washed my green shirt today to be able to wear it tomorrow and already have it planned to go get smashed.....WOW! I am incredibly Irish - I have never even been to Ireland...

I am Irish though....fiddle and all.
