High School Sweet heart's ( especially for those who have graduated)?

R u still in love with you High School sweet heart?, if u had the chance to see him/her would u tell them? Do u think its appropiate to tell them? what about if there married , have a family or a girlfriend?

Yes, I am....
I have been married to him for 7 years now
All together we have been together for a total of 10 years.

If that person is married I would just let it go.
If that person has a girlfriend let him know. Life is to short.
Some times you think that its the one, but really its not.
