Perhaps you might want to research out the history of the man Adonikam online. Certainly there must be something on him.
I believe basically that this has nothing to do with the anti-Christ, but is simply the numbering of the people of Israel coming out of captivity from Babylon. The fact that a family had 666 members is not a very strong indication that they are in any way connected to the anti-Christ.

Ezra 2:13 says: "the people of Adonikam, six hundred and sixty-six". They were doing a census of the captives that returned to Jerusalem. Has nothing to do with the Antichrist, who the Bible says comes from a country probably within the European continent.
