Without examples of what is happening- it is difficult to give you ideas on how to cope. Sorry.

We all have people in our workplace that get on our nerves and you just have to deal with it or quit. Since your now leaving then I say for your last two weeks, Walk tall and proud. Don't take abuse from anyone, not even a boss. It's funny because most abusive people are just "Bullies." You can beat one by standing up to them! They don't like that at all. They get all their power from weak people. If your not weak, they back down.

Without knowing exactly what kind of abuse you're talking about.....I'd say speak to a supervisor, speak to the Human Resounces department, get together with other co-workers (if they are affected as well) and file an official complaint.

Is this person physiclly or verbally abusing you? Have you tried going to the boss or a supervisor, of Human Resourses about it? You shouldn't have to work in an invironment where you feel threatened while at work.

Only 2 weeks? Make them miserable. Be a passive aggressive and get revenge for the next 2 weeks. Better yet if you can afford it, walk. No one has the right to treat employees with dissrespect.

Are they verbally abusive? When they start making comments or raising their voice just walk away. Ignore them best you can. Focus on your job. If anyone says anything, like management, explain your situation.
And just keep looking forward. You said it's only for another 2 weeks.

See your supervisor or HR person to do intervening. Is it verbal or physical, sexual,....If it is a boss and few employees, you are lucky to be moving on in two weeks. You do not give details for pin pointed opinions. If it is that bad, quit for your own peace of mind or safety. Good luck!

Have confidence in yourself - you don't deserve this (no-one does).
Stand up for yourself and give that person 'what for' by way of reporting him- there are laws about harassment in the work place.
Two weeks or not don't let him get away with this!!!!
Good luck

i guess it depends how they're abusive
if a male is abusing you it is probably easier to prove than if a woman is. especially if there are other people to attest to it.
two weeks probably isn't enough time for anything to happen.
file a lawsuit if you think you can prove it.
maybe call a lawyer in your area and see if he/she can help you.
