I know that the storylines are scripted but to sell your own moves (and your opponent moves) you need real wrestling skills. The damage is real, the fights are real. the blood are real. I know I've been watching it since I was a kid and saw WM3 Hogan lifting up Andre the Giant. I've watched classic moments and classic wrestlers like Nature Boy on his prime or Undertaker when he was a true phenom or the controversy between Bret Hart and HBK... yeah, maybe I don't know much about WWE this days, and you know why?? Because I've watched GOOD wrestleres in my past. When a WWE champion was a true champion and not just a crappy eminem wannabe. When Rey Mysterio was in IWA, unmasked and in charge and with a personality of his own. People called him by his name, not EDDIE!!! (Eddie Guerrero deserves to rest in piece , leave eddie alone damn it!!!) When ECW was EXTREME!! When Vince cared about the business more than the money and you didn't need those clowns like the miz or mvp. Yeah, great wrestlers out there (Benoit, Jeff Hardy etc) But kids these day enjoy more watching a darth maul wannabe eating worms in the middle of the ring. Don't say we don't know about wrestling son, because if you really enjoy John Cena as the champion and WWE wrestling as it is now, you're NOT a true wrestling fan, and you have a lot to learn, so don't come here to tell us we don't know anything.

I take it your probably into competitive wrestling? I actually used to wrestle, but I have been a "professional" wrestling fan since I was young.
If your talking about sport entertainment.....I have watched that since the time of the War Games in WCW and the old Survior Series in WWF. Midnight Express and Heart Foundation....The first 20 WM's

what kind of wrestling are you talking about
i assume u mean the real amatuer wrestling
well to be honest people enjoy watching wwe because its entertaining and nothing else
Its just the entertainment factor which draws 98% of people u see questining and answering in here
and regarding amatuer wrestling ( i asssume thats what you are referring to) to me the reason is because they dont know what real wrestling is all about, they think the moves they see on wwe is pure wrestling and its the only wrestling they know about
I hope u understand
