do not ever ever believe the paparazzi, if you are not such a Hollywood geek like me, the false reports of the media will get you carried away.... Y? Coz they make up so many lies, trust me.
One good example is the question you are asking. According to tabloids, Paris assaults Lindsay many times, but there are just no proofs, and according to the two, there was no harm done...
The list could go on and on and on... How long do you have? Hollywood is a very dirty place to live in.
Bottomline is, they are not fighting.

ok, know i am always keeping up with the "gossip" on celebrities and soo im pretty sure its because lindsay was flirting with paris' boyfriend. She even went out with too, (as far as i know)

It seems everybody that gets close to Paris gets on her blacklist quickly. She can't hold on to any gf's let alone bf's.
