Is there such a thing as a small, portable Leaf Vacuum? I don't need anything to clean leaves off the lawn...just to clean falling petals and leaves from container plants on the pool deck. I'm getting tired of sweeping and a blower just blows everything into the pool.

Black and Decker makes a leaf vac that you can get at Home Depot for like $50, which has a bag that collects the leafs. It plugs in, but as long as you're not sucking leafs up while doing the breast-stroke, or drag the cord through the water, you will be ok. I'm really happy with mine.

i want to recommend the toro super blow and vac. it runs about $60.00 and is far and above the rest of them out there. it is smartly designed, works extremely well as a blower, and very well as a vacuum. i use the vac set up for the window wells around my house, the lily of the valley, and pachysandra beds. actually, use it carefully, it will suck up wood chips and small rocks, too. it may just work too good! i have had 2 others before this and was disappointed with them. as a blower it is almost as good as the ones my brother uses for his landscaping business, for a lot less, too. well i hope this helps, consider toro, good luck.

Try either a gas powered or electric leaf blower/sucker, (WATER+ELECTRICITY=Bad Things)
