you know you call a technician over the phone because your internet is not working and you spend i dunno...like an hour waiting on line then i dunno....like talking for another 2 hours trying to fix the problem. he tells you to do something n you do it...then you see if your internet works....and you tell him it doesnt...this keeps goin on for i dunno....100 times or so...finally you tell him that your running out of time cuz you have to hand in an application soon...so the technician has the nerve to say"Have I ffixed your problem today (somwhere between the lines)" and you gotta be nice n say yes and then u hung up.... 2 minutes later you start playing around with the modem cable and you find out it was loose...you open the internet and kabaam! it works....you made the internet work within minutes and the technician takes about 3 hours or so...anyways what im trying to say is....has this EVER happened to you?

Yeah several times. That's why I prefer to test a few things before calling a technician so I can save some money and also some time.

Simple lesson :- Check all your wiring (power,usb,ethernet....etc.),Restart the system , BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!,before calling anyone.Might just be a system freeze as such. All the call center people know is to read a step by step problem shooting guide and know S*@T all about your system LOL.Anyway, you know your kit better than anyone else so only call support if you are really stumped or running out of beer!!!.

It has happened, and, what you should have said, when he asked about whether or not he had fixed your problem is NO, you haven't accomplished one bloody thing!!!!

However, of course, you should have checked the cables, etc, first..
