I'm a teacher and I'm going to offer you some teacherly advice:
Because this teacher doesn't have any influence over what grade you'll achieve, why not take the high (aka mature) road and actually fix the situation instead of just being mean? If you step up and act like a young adult you could make this class easier for every student who comes after you. Stay after class and tell the teacher you want to talk to her. Sit down, look her in the eye (with puppy-dog eyes!) and say, "I just don't know what I can do to make this class better for you and I. I try so hard to follow the rules but it seems like I'm breaking rules that I didn't even know existed. And when I see Bobby do the same thing without getting in trouble, I feel confused. I don't want to be in detention but I don't know what I'm allowed to do and what's prohibited. Can you help me stay out of trouble?"

As a teacher, I chose this question because I wanted to make sure no one was talking about me... whew! (Just kidding!)
I have some questions for you... how do you know that this particular teacher is only making up rules for you? Have you confirmed with others that she is a different type of person around them? Can anyone back up your side of the story that she is ONLY picking on YOU?
If you truly feel that she is being unfair, instead of pulling a prank on her (which is lame, by the way...), talk to a counselor or an administrator at school.
E-mails and text messages can be traced. Jokes can backfire.... if she is truly a mean and awful person, you need to let an administrator know. She may need someone to point out to her how she is coming across to other people.
Look on the bright side -- she isn't giving you grade!

You know what, I would say don't do it. I'm a teacher myself, but not too long ago, I was in a position like yours: my theatre teacher was awful to me. My acting skills weren't half bad but she would never cast me in anything, and she would actually gossip about me to other students. It was so unprofessional. Now that I've gone on to be a teacher myself, I see how easily teachers can get stressed and sometimes without even intending, they can zone in on certain students that don't mingle well with them. I believe you when you say she's not good to you, and unfortunately there are teachers who are more immature than their students! What I've found to be the most effective is to sit down and meditate for like 10 minutes, breath in and out deeply, and send out good vibes to this person who's treating you bad. Imagine him/her treating you the way you want to be treated and wish success and happiness for this person. See if in a few weeks things aren't better between the two of you. If that doesn't work, the good old fashioned whoopi cushion on the teacher's chair might do the trick ;) Paz!

Over email just let her know that you adore her and respect her and also you can mention , she's your fav teacher(although you don't mean that ).
And then write that you were hurt when she told you bla .. bla..
And ask her to clarify if there was any misunderstanding or she was ever hurt by your behavior. Also, ask her how can you improve your grade in her class.I'm sure you'll be able to win her heart by doing this. Seems like you are young and list most teenagers you are rebellious.
Things will be simple if you make it simple. MOst of the things in life gets complicated because we make it complicated.

Face it, some instructors are in simple terms advise. Suck it up and manage it. you're in person-friendly words in eighth grade. as long as you stay out of juvie, you'll stumble upon many more advantageous instructors, and believe it or no longer, you'll stumble upon yet another instructor it extremely is in simple terms as undesirable if no longer worse than this guy.

Instead of being childish and playing a silly prank on her, why don't you go to the school office or your counselor and report her. That would be a much more mature and responsible thing to do.

I think you should tell someone older to you and dont do something mean like that; you might get yourself into trouble. the best way to slap her in the face is to prove her wrong in every way and doing your best and not doing something VERY mischievous in class. but still....cope with it well. PROVE UR TEACHER WRONG

If you are without faults, then you can be the first to cast the stone.
Go to her with kindness in your heart and tell her you forgive her for any wrong she may have done to you.
Forgive 70 times 7.

Don't even think about it. It is not worth the trouble you could cause for yourself. The best revenge is rising above it and proving her wrong.
