What's a dremel?
When I was a lot younger than I am now... I discovered that sanding boards with an orbital sander could create quite a vibration if you held the lumber just right. We had a lot of smooth wood (no .. not that wood) for a brief while until I discovered that my hands worked even better with lotion using a different motion.
Whatever works for you, dude.

I dont belive power tools are the answer bub. id use 30 weight motor oil and a impact wrech

Don't believe I'd use power tools when your hands work just fine.
