A Persian silk rug and my wallet (I wouldn't want the hassle of trying to re-establish my identity without a driver's license and other proof that I am who I claim to be). Any important documents would be in a fireproof safe.

I would get my Journal out (I write down my inventions & ideas for start up companies in there).
I would save my black book. Every girl I have slept with or want to is in that, the holiest of address books.
My frat paddles after that.
Specifically in that order.
Oh and maybe my roommate... Only if I got the other stuff out first though.

Well, my house did burn down, a few years ago. Thankfully , no one was home at the time, we lost everything, but I really missed my pictures of my wedding and my kids baby pictures.

I have this great bible with loads of notes in it. It is held together with green army tape and covered with cheezy stickers.
Other than that, car keys, cell phone, and my daughter's handprint in plaster.

I would just get out. I think!
If i had time to save something though - my momentos, photos, my purse (with license and bank cards)
Sitting here having time to think - clean knickers! my favourite jeans, some food, bible!!!!!!!!!

my teddy bear and all the rest of my stuffed animals then i would take the couch so if u r homless u have somthing to sleep on just in case ;)
