I know this might sound weird to ask this but im 20 years old and well for the last little while my breasts have been extremely sensitive, tender and sore and well yesturday when I went to the bathroom i noticed a very tiny bit of blood on the tissue and no more blood came after that it was just that little tiny bit and then nothing. My period isnt due until sunday but im wondering does this sound like it could be pregnancy? It's really freaking me out and I dont know who to ask. Am I just over re acting for no reason? Should I even be worried about it because im not even late yet? My boobs have also never been this sore and tender in my life and my nipples are always errect now and they have become a darker colour.

You may have had implantation bleeding -- it's basically just a small bit of spotting, and often comes about the same time your period would. Don't worry until you're late, or until you have a positive pregnancy test. But do make sure you take a test if you're late!

It's possible that you are pregnant.
It is possible to have PV bleeding in early pregnancy.
You should do a urine pregnancy test in the first instance, and quite possibly you would do well to see your doctor. They would be interested in verifying your pregnancy and if you are pregnant and having some bleeding they would want to know your blood group and often will arrange an ultrasound.
If you are having bad abdominal/pelvic pains you might prefer to go directly to an Emergency Department.
